The digital health agency "Agence du Numérique en Santé" (ANS, formerly Asip santé) has just published its activity report for 2019, a year marked by the digital transformation of the health system. She reviews the actions and the main projects that marked this year when ASIP Santé became ANS.
Paced by the highlights and key figures of the year, the 2019 ANSM activity report reflects our central role in the service of public health and the diversity of our actions is once again highlighted. Assessment, inspection, surveillance, controls in our laboratories, decision-making and notification, contribution to legislative and regulatory developments, European and international activities ... Whether they aim to ensure the safety of health products (medicines, vaccines , blood products, medical devices, etc.) or to facilitate access to therapeutic innovation, all of which are carried out on a daily basis in the interests of patients and their safety.
The year 2019 also witnessed the continuation and acceleration of our strategy of openness to our stakeholders, in a co-construction process, for enlightened decision-making from a variety of points of view. We have also strengthened our investment in European activities through a proactive policy that is both quantitative and qualitative.
